Pricing Suggestions
For those of you who are unsure of what to price your items at, I have put together a pdf that gives you some suggestions. You can download it here.

Wire Hanger
Some dry cleaners give their wire hangers away for free. Your best bet is to try any Star Fashion Cleaners otherwise call the store first to find out if they will give you some hangers before stopping in.

Drop-off
Drop-off is between 6pm and 10pm on the Friday prior to sale day. Please ensure you register for a drop-off timeslot. This can be done through your consignor account.

Pick-up
Pick-up days and times vary between sales. Please watch for e-mail instructions informing you of pick-up times. This is very IMPORTANTsince we can not store your items. Any items not picked-up by the pick-up deadline, will be donated to one of our charities. There are no exceptions to this as we are required to vacate the premises by a certain time. If you are not able to pick up your items you have the option of appointing someone to pick-up your items for you. They will need to know your consignor number.
